Humans of Galveston: What would you like to see more of in the world?

Chuck: "A little more creativity and more people getting along in the world, and more arts rather than people just going to work and not doing what they love."

Humans of Galveston: What made you decide to become a tattoo artist?

Chuck: "I made my goal to be doing what I want to do. I love it, and I can talk to people the way I want as long as they treat me with respect. And I can leave when I want to leave and do what I want to do while I’m there."

Humans of Galveston: Do you grade yourself on each job?

Chuck: "If people are happy, I’m happy. I draw up whatever they want, and what you get is no different than what I sketch."
